Our CEO has extensive expertise in establishing and enhancing HR departments globally. She has successfully managed post-merger infrastructure redevelopment, executed leadership strategies, overseen recruitment and training efforts, and driven organizational development. Her empathetic leadership style ensures high-quality HR support that meets the needs of both employees and organizations.

Key Accomplishments

Exxon Mobil Liberia Limited (EMEPLL):

Led the collaboration between CRSI and the Orion Group to provide manpower services for Exxon Mobil's operations in Liberia. Her negotiation skills and comprehensive HR services were pivotal in meeting the needs of this international client.

CH2M/Jacobs:

Mobilized construction management staff for a bio-testing facility project. Managed expatriate consultants and handled administrative matters, ensuring compliance with legal and security requirements.

Building Markets Project:

Developed and delivered a career services training program for trainers in Nimba County, Liberia. This initiative equipped local educators with the tools needed to guide students towards successful careers.

OUR STORY

CRSI Liberia's Journey

Under her leadership, CRSI has grown into a leading HR firm in Liberia, providing a wide range of services including talent acquisition, training and development, HR consultancy, and more. She has been instrumental in developing comprehensive employee compensation policies, conducting market analyses, and ensuring competitive salary structures that attract and retain top talent.

Her experience as a Managing Partner involves strategic planning, business development, client engagement, and leadership. She manages talent acquisition, labor relations, employee onboarding, and HR policy implementation across Liberia, Ghana, and Ivory Coast.

She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Centenary College.

Her professional affiliations include membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), WEConnect International, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), among others.
